Have been to the Burrard Street and North Van locations several times for Sunday brunch and thoroughly enjoyed it, decided to try Robson location for a change. We were the only ones there when we arrived and were surprised, other locations are usually very busy. Then we found out why. The waiter (possibly owner/manager also) was not at all friendly. We were seated only with the regular menus and when we asked for the Sunday brunch menu, he looked "shocked" and then visibly mad when he brought them to us. We later noticed another party had to specifically ask for brunch menus also, they also got the same response. He continued to be unfriendly during service. We ordered Pad Thai again and he asked "off the regular menu or the brunch menu" (what kind of question is that??) and again looked mad when we said the brunch menu. We were in a rush to leave as we had somewhere to get to and didn't notice until after we paid and left that we were charged on our bill for 2 children, both under 2 years of age, WHO DID NOT EAT ANYTHING! We were flat out robbed by this employee. I also looked on the company website for somewhere to complain and there is no "contact us" head office information. Gee, I wonder why. Never going back again, would never in a million years recommend this restaurant.
