service and food were both outstanding everything was delicious and we would go back again and again, and we would recomend it to all of our firends and family

Our appetizers were quite good. The meal took a long time to arrive - over an hour. The duck was cut too thickly and there was no accompaniment to it - it was just a plate of meat basically. There was a shriveled green thing that tasted like burnt peanuts but not sure what is was as it's not listed on the menu with the Duck - at 42.00 this was the biggest rip off. The duck did have a potato patty underneath it but it was burnt and with the sweet sauce that was with it it tasted like burnt marshmallow. The salmon was nothing special - could get the same at the Keg for less and had no potatoes or rice and very few veggies with it. Moon fish is too strong for such a large piece and the gnochi was good but there were only four in the whole serving. The Kamachi was tastey but only had two quarter potatoes and no veggies really. Over all this was not a good meal and not a good experience unfortunately. A waiter knocked my chair too while we were waiting. We won't be back - we should have stayed in Brantford - we can get FAR better meals at GED's and ROBERT'S and La Cantinella for much less money.

Food was very good, well presented with generous portions.Our table was outside the main dining area so noise was not an issue. Service was very poor. Our orignal waiter left us waiting for our drinks while another came by and asked us if we wanted anthying to eat! How crude!

Entrees were inconsistent in size:
Only 2 scallops given for an entree
Halibut was overcooked & small
Venison was very well cooked
Very noisy

They charge fine dining prices and provide regular restaurants' food, service and decor. A lot of regular restaurants are much better. Each course is just enough to feed a bird. It was so noisy that a conversation was hard to carry on. We feel like being cheated.
